About the role

Become a key part of the team at Katherine Mitre10 as a full-time Sales Assistant in our store located in Katherine, NT 0850. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

What you'll be doing

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to help customers find the products they need
• Assist with the operation of the cash register, including processing sales transactions accurately
• Maintain the appearance and organisation of the store, including stocking shelves, merchandising products, and keeping the store clean and tidy
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient store operations and a positive shopping experience for our customers
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve any queries or issues that may arise
