This flagship site is reopening with state-of-the-art facilities, designed to deliver the highest standard of early learning in an inspiring and nurturing environment.
As a Senior Centre Director, you won’t just be managing a centre—you’ll be building a legacy. You’ll lead your centre to excellence while mentoring and coaching a network of developing leaders across the region. With your guidance, we’ll create lifelong happy memories for children and a culture where our educators feel truly valued.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the relaunch and day-to-day success of our newly refurbished flagship centre in Lane Cove.
Act as a key mentor and coach to New and Development Centre Directors and 2ICs, lifting leadership capability across the region.
Champion our values and embed the Busy Bees Way in everything from daily operations to family engagement.
Partner with your Area Director to open new sites, integrate acquired centres, and drive strategic initiatives.
Drive exceptional results across quality, education, people, and commercial performance.
Deliver an outstanding family experience and build strong community and stakeholder relationships.
Lead compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with NQF and EYLF.
What You’ll Bring:
Early Childhood Education qualifications (Diploma or Bachelor level).
Working with Children Check and eligibility to act as Nominated Supervisor.
Minimum two years' Australian working rights and valid driver’s licence.
A proven track record of leading high-performing early learning teams.
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving labour efficiency.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
A deep understanding of quality, compliance, and stakeholder engagement in early childhood education.
