VALE Partners are working alongside a leading Australian organisation to help find an experienced Digital Project / Implementation Lead as they undergo a major ERP transformation. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the implementation of a TechnologyOne ERP system, ensuring seamless delivery, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable business outcomes.

Role Overview:

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, overseeing planning, scheduling, risk management, and change control while managing scope, design, data, and testing.
• Work with the Project Manager to establish workflows, allocate teams, and deliver within business constraints.
• Mentor consultants, engage cross-functional teams, and build strong client relationships to ensure buy-in and clarity.
• Develop project documentation, roadmaps, and business cases while tracking risks, costs, and progress updates.
• Simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders and drive effective decision-making.

What You’ll Ideally Have:

• 5+ years in project management, with ERP implementation experience (ideally TechnologyOne).
• Expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
