We’re on the lookout for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join our crew and help us keep the store humming. This role is all about making sure every guest who steps into our retail space has a top-notch experience - friendly, helpful and unforgettable.

What we’re looking for:

Solid experience in a high-volume retail or produce store as a Supervisor or Manager

Friendly and confident customer service skills - and the people skills to match

A natural leader who’s great at guiding, supporting and developing a team

Someone who knows how to prioritise tasks and get things done

A great communicator with a calm, can-do attitude under pressure
