360 Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Business to Business Sales

What you'll be doing:

• You'll receive full training and support on your sales development pathway
• Proactively sourcing candidates via our internal database, job boards, advertising, referrals and LinkedIn
• Seeking out and building relationships with new and existing clients to identify new roles
• Manage the end to end recruitment process - arranging interviews, salary negotiation and closing
• Become an expert in one of our 9 technology brands
