What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and support your boutique team
Drive sales targets while delivering 5-star client experiences
Manage CRM and POS systems to keep things running smoothly
Handle rosters, team development, and boutique presentation
Ensure smooth operations across stock, admin, and daily sales
What You’ll Bring
Previous retail management experience (jewellery preferred)
Strong leadership, sales, and communication skills
Customer-first mindset and attention to detail
Confidence using CRM and POS tools
A proactive, can-do attitude and team spirit
