Our team is passionate about the trade, and we take pride in delivering high-quality projects ranging from Sheetmetal, Stainless, Aluminum, to Structural works, including unique architectural pieces and sculptures for councils and public displays.

🔨 The Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Welder Fabricator to join our growing team. You will be working both independently and within a team on a range of factory-based and occasional site-based projects.

This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to manage your own workload, deliver projects to a high standard, and assist with mentoring apprentices.

✅ Key Responsibilities

MIG & TIG welding (Aluminium, Stainless, Mild Steel)

Reading and interpreting technical fabrication drawings

Carrying out factory fabrication and site installations

Managing your own time and workflow across multiple jobs

Supporting and training apprentices

Thinking practically and problem-solving on the job

Ensuring a safe, clean, and productive work environment

📋 Requirements

Trade Qualification in Fabrication or Welding

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant workshop experience

White Card (Construction Induction Card)

Australian Driver’s Licence

Current Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential)

Full Australian working rights – No visa sponsorship available

Must be currently residing in Australia

Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills

Ability to provide 2 x recent work references – Reference checks will be conducted prior to any offer of employment
