ABOUT THE POSITION:

Working with a team of strata managers you will assist with:

• Managing and responding to owner communications, including processing new owner details and responding to enquiries
• Coordinate meeting documentation, including AGM and committee meeting preparation
• Support insurance claim processing, work orders, and maintenance requests
• Maintain accurate body corporate records and so many other activities

ABOUT YOU:

• Strong attention to detail and solid administrative skills
• Previous experience in Strata OR Body Corporate
• Well-organised and professional
• Positive and proactive mindset
