An exceptional opportunity exists for experienced SAP HR Consultants to join a highly reputable NSW Government organisation. We are seeking dedicated specialists in two distinct SAP HR roles—SAP Payroll Specialist and ESS/MSS Specialist. Both roles offer opportunities to shape critical systems used across School and Corporate environments.

SAP HR Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support the SAP Payroll (PY) module, resolving complex incidents through expert-level third-tier support.

Collaborate across functional and technical teams ensuring stable and effective SAP Payroll system operations.

Assist stakeholders in the blueprinting and functional design of SAP Payroll solutions aligned with NSW Government processes.

Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for payroll system enhancements and updates.

Provide ongoing expert guidance on SAP Payroll functionality and best practices.

Selection Criteria:

Proven experience within NSW Public Sector payroll systems, particularly with SAP Payroll modules.

Strong SAP Concurrent Employment (CE) experience, managing multiple positions.

Expertise in SAP Support Stack upgrades, enhancements, and comprehensive testing methodologies.

SAP HR ESS/MSS Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and support SAP ESS/MSS services, managing self-service functionality and processes.

Investigate and resolve ESS/MSS production incidents, providing high-level technical and functional support.

Collaborate closely with technical teams (Portal, Fiori, ABAP, Workflow) to maintain robust and reliable self-service applications.

Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for ESS/MSS enhancements and updates.

Advise stakeholders on best practices for ESS/MSS modules to optimise user experience.

Selection Criteria:

Demonstrated expertise with SAP ESS/MSS modules, workflows, Portal, Fiori, and ABAP debugging.

Comprehensive knowledge of SAP HR Forms and Processes and Leave Management.

Proficiency in managing data extraction, cleansing, migration, and audit compliance.
