The Project

Over the next year, this contract administrator will oversee the construction of a 15-storey renovation spanning 188 rooms, and a new façade will also be added. Worth around $ 25 M.

The building has been completely stripped, ready, and primed for renovation.

The Opportunity

This opportunity would suit a contract administrator with experience in a head contractor or developer role.

However, you'd need to be a problem solver and a lateral thinker rather than a robot who clings to systems and procedures.

The fit would depend on your skill set, experience, and project background.

You would naturally have been in the construction industry in a CA capacity for at least 3 years, preferably over 5 years, starting as a graduate CA or Project Coordinator in your formative years through a grad program preferably.
