What you’ll be doing
- Providing 1:1 administrative support to a Senior Lawyer in Personal Injury law;
- Driving workflow and keeping matters on track, from managing deadlines to tracking KPIs;
- Preparing legal documents, briefs to Counsel, and court bundles;
- Coordinating expert and medical appointments;
- Handling client communications with empathy and clarity, ensuring they’re informed and supported; and
- Managing files, correspondence and general administrative tasks within a legal practice management system.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within personal injury law;
- Confident handling billing processes with accuracy and efficiency;
- Proactive mindset - always thinking ahead and anticipating what’s next;
- Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently; and
- Genuine dedication to delivering outstanding client service.
