Help bring the magic to life! Council are currently looking for Grounds & Maintenance Officers to join our team and play a key role in the installation and maintenance of the stunning Trail of Lights and Fibre Optic Symphonic Orchestra installations by world-renowned artist Bruce Munro.

About the Opportunity
Step into a hands-on role where you’ll help maintain the magic! As part of our team, you’ll assist with the upkeep and repairs of the captivating Trail of Lights (TOL) and Fibre Optic Symphonic Orchestra (FOSO) installations. Working under direction, you’ll ensure these immersive experiences shine brightly and operate seamlessly for all to enjoy.
What you will bring
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:
Basic experience in a variety of works including construction, building, renovations, general maintenance concreting.
A current satisfactory police check and Working with Children’s Check, or a willingness to obtain them.
Current Drivers licence
Qualified in basic first aid or willing to obtain
Salary and conditions
The position is classified within Band 3 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement commencing at $41.62 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) plus statutory superannuation.
