A leading architecture and design studio is on the lookout for a talented and proactive Interior Designer. This role is suited to a confident professional who can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment, working across a diverse mix of project typologies including education, commercial, residential, and base build developments.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of autonomy, professionalism, and strong Revit documentation skills, along with a deep commitment to design excellence. The studio’s creativity, versatility, and dedication to quality are reflected in numerous awards and widely published work.

Key responsibilities

Support Project Lead/Director across a range of commercial, education, and residential interiors projects

Collaborate with external consultants and contractors

Develop and deliver comprehensive drawing and documentation packages, including detailing

Manage multiple project timelines and meet deadlines effectively

Contribute collaboratively within a dynamic design team

Skills and experience

Experience in respected Australian interior design or architecture studios

Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficient in Revit with a solid understanding of interior documentation workflows

Excellent time management and organisational abilities

Interior Architecture or Interior Design qualifications

Strong technical understanding of materials, detailing, and construction

Proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset

A passion for adaptive re-use, heritage spaces, and thoughtful design
