About Grande Living
Grande Living is a dedicated Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider based in Thornlie, Western Australia. We’re a close-knit team of five, and with growing demand for our services, we’re now looking to expand.
Our current portfolio includes 15 purpose-built SDA homes located across the Perth metropolitan area—from Yanchep in the north to Mandurah in the south. These properties cater to a range of needs, including Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible, and High Physical Support. We are proud to already support a number of SDA-approved participants who are now thriving in these thoughtfully designed homes.
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and passionate individual who can help us fill the remaining vacancies and support participants in finding the right accommodation. If you’re driven, qualified, and eager to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
This role focuses on helping connect eligible NDIS participants with suitable SDA housing. You’ll play a key part in identifying and placing participants into homes that meet their daily and ongoing support needs.
Your day-to-day will involve building and nurturing relationships with support coordinators, plan managers, SIL providers, families, and guardians. You'll be actively promoting our available homes and working to ensure each participant is matched with the most appropriate property.
In addition, you’ll help onboard new participants into their homes—ensuring a smooth transition and supporting a coordinated approach between all involved parties. This collaborative mindset is essential in delivering a positive, person-centred experience for each resident.
Qualifications Required:
· Certificate III in Disability or Equivalent.
· Qualifications in Allied Health, (e.g. psychology, occupational health and social work) would be advantageous.
· Be able to demonstrate Empathy, Interpersonal, Communication, Organizational and Critical thinking skills.
· Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the NDIS Scheme, its processes and reporting requirements.
· You will require the following: National Police Certificate, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
· You will need to be initiative-taking and have previous experience consulting with family members, local community organisations, community participation and assisting participants with Supported Independent Living Options including Suitable Accommodation.
This is a performance-driven role with strong potential for professional growth and increased earning capacity. We're looking for someone who’s enthusiastic about making a difference and keen to grow with us.
