Position
Reporting directly to the CEO, responsibilities include:

Financial Strategy & Leadership

Design and execute financial strategies that support the organisation’s growth plans.

Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to drive strong financial outcomes, operational performance, and long-term value creation.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Ensure full compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and taxation requirements.

Cost Management & Manufacturing Finance

Lead the cost accounting function, including product costing, variance analysis, and margin performance.

Track and enhance key manufacturing KPIs across cost, output, and operational efficiency.

Work in partnership with operations and supply chain teams to drive cost optimisation initiatives.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead the end-to-end budgeting process and quarterly reforecasting.

Deliver insightful financial analysis to support budget control and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Analyse performance against budget/forecast and provide recommendations for corrective action.

ERP & Systems Oversight

Lead finance-related system enhancements, automation initiatives, and process improvements to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.

Profile

CA or CPA qualified, with a strong technical foundation and broad commercial accounting experience.

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.

Advanced systems knowledge and a clear understanding of best-in-class financial operations.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to deliver strategic financial insights and business partnering support.

Demonstrated experience using automation and technology to streamline finance processes and improve efficiency.
