The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead our People & Culture function from the ground up. You'll lead recruitment, help shape our culture, build HR systems and processes, and ensure that as we grow, we stay true to the values that got us here — positivity, agility, and a relentless can-do attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing

Help shape our HR/People & Culture function

Drive recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies

Be a champion of our culture as we scale

Support managers and staff with advice and processes that are practical, fair, and people-first

Help develop career paths, recognition programs, and training initiatives

Foster a workplace where positivity and excellence go hand-in-hand

About You

1–2 years’ experience in Recruitment, HR, People & Culture, or a related field

Experience completing end to end recruitment

A HR qualification (Certificate, Diploma or Degree)

Positive, can-do attitude — this is more important to us than your CV

Passionate about building a thriving, supportive, high-performance team

Able to move fast, figure things out, and make things happen
