We are a small family run building company that specializes in commercial building maintenance and residential projects for our selected cliental.

This is a full-time position to join our small commercial maintenance team on one of our large sites located in Bentley.

The successful applicant must have a trade back ground preferably in carpentry or ceiling fixing . We are open to other trades depended on the applicants and experience level with all other aspects of building maintenance.

Building maintenance experience is required, and also willingness to complete a wide variety of jobs effectively in a safe manor.

Must be punctual and enjoy working within a small team.

Own trade tools preferred with specialist tools provided by us.

Work vehicle and fuel card will be provided

Monthly phone use allowance

Monthly own tool allowance if applicable.

All benefits of full-time employment position.

Hourly pay rate will be determined by applicants experience and suitability for the role.
