We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Payable Officer to join a dynamic team for an ongoing temporary role, with the potential to transition into a fixed-term or permanent position.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high levels of accuracy and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in managing the accounts payable function for an exciting range of projects.

The role offers flexible working hours - you can start early and finish early, or start late and finish late, with full-time hours preferred. A 4-day work week will also be considered.

Your key responsibilities:

• Reconcilations
• Processing invoices, approvals, and pay runs
  
• Managing high-volume invoicing with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  
• Assisting with general finance administration tasks
  
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring effective communication
  
• Supporting the wider finance team as needed
