This firm is going from strength to strength due to the outstanding manner in which they service their clients. This firm provides much more than accounting and tax services to their clients.

POSITION

Due to rapid growth and expansion, the position of Business Services Partner has been created to help the firm achieve their ambitious growth targets. This role will involve the following:

• Day to day operations of the firm
• Manage the firm's profitability
• Manage on shore and off shore staff
• New Business Development
• Tax advisory and consulting
• Client relationship management

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA
• 15+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Demonstrated experience managing the operations of a busy accounting firm at the level of Partner
• Stable employment history
• Excellent technical tax ability
• Genuine passion to progress to equity in the short term
• Previous experience supervising and mentoring staff
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Stable employment history from reputable firms
• Full working rights (no sponsorship provided)
