The Role
As the Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision and ensuring delivery of high quality, culturally appropriate and effective physiotherapy services. The Allied Health Division provides integrated allied health services in a variety of service settings including acute and sub-acute care, primary health care, aged care and mental health.

You’ll be working as part of the senior physiotherapy team and wider physiotherapy department, within an acute hospital setting across Intensive Care and Medical Services as part of the extended hour’s service model, which includes weekends.

About you
You’ll be a confident and experienced physiotherapist, dedicated to delivering high-quality, culturally appropriate care in a fast-paced settings. To be successful you’ll have:

Relevant qualifications in Physiotherapy and be eligible for membership with the Australian Physiotherapy Association, and practice registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.

Extensive clinical experience in providing high level contemporary Physiotherapy services

Proven ability to manage and prioritise high-volume complex workload

Extensive experience in clinical supervision of students and staff and a commitment to professional development.

Proven ability in leading continuous quality improvement and service development activities.
