Our client is a successful national Allied Health services provider with an impeccable reputation. With a strong presence in other states & emerging in the Workplace Health space in NT, the opportunity for a motivated Principal or Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join their Darwin team is on offer!
The Benefits:
- Salary package of c.$115,800-160,600 (including $90-130K Base + Super + Car)

The Role:
- Proactively manage a caseload of injured workers - reasonably-sized to allow you to focus on quality
- Engage with a variety of customers in Workplace Rehabilitation - Workers' Compensation & Motor Vehicle Accident referrals
- Travel to visit clients around Darwin & NT
- Perform discipline-specific assessments
- Attend case conferences, liaise with stakeholders & develop RTW plans to achieve outcomes
- Build great relationships with customers & stakeholders to increase referrals
- You'll be the first Darwin Rehabilitation Consultant, though will work alongside an established Allied Health team from the Clinical arm of the business
- As the team grows, assist with recruitment, training & coaching of other Consultants - perfectly placed to progress to a leadership role!
The Ideal Candidate:
- AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor or Registered Nurse; or ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist
- 2 years+ experience in Workplace Rehabilitation ideal. Motivated candidates with Clinical experience warmly welcome to apply

- Friendly, organised & diligent
- Happy to work independently with remote support from your Manager
- Energetic & social, you enjoy collaborating with others & the local Clinical team
- Passionate about having a positive impact in Workplace Health
