We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Program & Events Officer to join our team and help us deliver unforgettable experiences across music, arts, and cultural events!

What You Will Do:
Working closely with the Program & Event Manager, you will coordinate and deliver all ticketed events at Tanks Arts Centre. You will be the key liaison between promoters, tour managers, artists, clients, and internal teams — ensuring clear communication and seamless event delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in performing arts/creative industries in a similar role.

Experience in the administration of arts and entertainment venues and/or events.

Demonstrated experience in providing a high level of customer service in a team environment.

A high level of competency in administrative processes including routine correspondence, writing and managing contracts, purchase orders, proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite and event management programs and systems.

Demonstrated ability to work with and communicate with a broad range of people with different cultural experiences, views and values.

A general understanding of the artistic and technical requirements and infrastructure needs for events and performing arts.
