Bus Queensland (part of the Pulitano Group of Companies) is currently seeking a Return to Work Manager to join our team at our Park Ridge depot.

This permanent role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and it is responsible for managing employees who are injured at work or returning to work after serious illness.

Our company specialises in providing School, and Urban, services in the South East Queensland, as well as Melbourne and Country Victoria.

About the role

Workers Compensation – effectively manage statutory claims to maximise outcomes for both the injured worker and the Pulitano Group.

Provide administrative assistance to the Management team.

Return to work- manage the safe return to work of injured and ill workers

About you

Return to Work Coordinator Qld and Vic

Analytical and logical problem-solving skills, strategic thinker

Experience in transport industry preferred

In depth knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 (Qld) and Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (Vic)

Organisational skills with high attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

MR license or willingness to achieve within 3 months of commencement

Drivers Authorisation

Advanced Microsoft Word and Adobe skills
