🔨 About Us

Constructions Group (Aust) is a Brisbane-based commercial builder with 28+ years of experience delivering quality projects across the Multi-Residential, Commercial, Health, and Industrial sectors. We’re currently delivering and onboarding several projects ranging from $20M–$80M, and we’re looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team.

🧩 The Role

You'll work closely with Project Managers to manage contracts across the full project lifecycle—supporting procurement, compliance, risk mitigation, and cost control.

Working across projects at a level to monitor Head Contract & Subcontract liabilites.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and managing contracts, subcontracts, and variations

Supporting resolution of contractual issues or disputes

Assisting with procurement, tendering & negotiations

Monitoring project budgets and tracking progress claims

Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual & internal policies

Reviewing & preparing contractual compliance

👷 About You

We’re looking for someone who’s commercially sharp, reliable under pressure, and a great team player.

You’ll bring:

Proven experience in contract administration in construction

Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement & industry regulations

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Confident communication and negotiation skills

The ability to manage multiple priorities across different projects
