Bespoke Noosa Car Rentals is more than a car rental business, we are all about creating a seamless and memorable rental experience. We are looking at adding an enthusiastic customer service expert to our team. You will be based in the beautiful Noosa Junction, Noosa Heads. In this role you will;

Ensure a positive customer experience by engaging with customers

Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately

Be on the road collecting and dropping vehicles to/from the Sunshine Coast Airport

Sell all rental options to our valued customers, including insurance & additional options

Require strong problem solving skills

Be involved in reservations of rental vehicles and associated requirements

Work as part of a high performing team

Have an AU license and be a confident driver as we not only offer pick-up/drop-off from our office but all over Noosa and the Sunshine Coast Airport.

Install car seats, training will be provided to successful candidate

To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following attributes;

Confidently use computer systems and take phone calls

Previous work experience in customer service is preferred

Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and ability to engage with team members

Efficiency and great time management skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast moving work environment

This role is currently Thursday, Friday & Saturday mornings weekly, with the option for more hours as we expand.
