About the Role
Your role will involve liaising with research groups, clinical trial teams, and other internal stakeholders to provide high-quality financial insights, reporting, and strategic support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver financial insights by analysing revenue and cost drivers specific to the research sector.
• Provide financial advice to senior business leaders, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Collaborate on financial interventions and solutions, offering detailed analyses using tools like Power BI.
• Support the development of business cases, financial modeling, and capital expenditure processes.
• Administer and reconcile grants, projects, and contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

About You To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A CA, CPA or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Expertise in grants and project administration.
• Strong skills in data analysis, business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI), and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as D365 is a plus.
