What We’re Looking For:

• A therapist 1–3 years out of university who is passionate about their profession. We will look at applications for new grads or more senior staff and may consider.

• Someone with strong emotional intelligence—you genuinely care about people and can build meaningful connections with both patients and colleagues.

• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively, not just following orders.

• Someone who wants to take ownership of their work—you’ll have autonomy, but also accountability.

We see mentoring and education as critical. Each therapist receives weekly mentoring and fortnightly tutorials to help improve their clinical skills and achieve personal goals.

In addition to weekly mentoring, all therapists have access to an online classroom developed by our education team to help fast track their clinical skills.

5 weeks of annual leave per year.

We spend quality time with our clients with 60 min initials and 30 min follow ups.

We do not pay commissions or bonuses - just a great competitive wage and the ability to climb a pay scale based on clinical and team performance.

We offer a competitive salary package for the right candidate, which is inclusive of Professional Indemnity Insurance and up to 50% of approved CPD courses (capped at $1000 per year).

There will be a base level, verbal clinical test implemented in the interview process.
