BB are a large collaborative team of Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists and Allied Health Assistants.

We have a state-of-the-art facility with 13 private consultation rooms, a large onsite gym, clinical Pilates studio and Recovery Hub.

We are passionate about finding our patients ‘why’ and working with them to find their strengths, weaknesses and goals, whether they be performing at sport or life.

About the role

• Looking for a new grad or experienced physiotherapist to join our passionate and like-minded MSK team
• Opportunity to learn and grow in your clinical interest areas
• Work with patients in a 1:1 setting, as well as small group rehabilitation classes
• For experienced practitioners, there is opportunity for leadership and education in our Clinical Mentoring Pathway

• Structured mentoring program – with weekly 1:1 sessions with your Mentor, weekly small group external clinical mentoring (with Titled Physiotherapists), monthly whole team education tutorials with an associated online education platform

About you

• A warm, fun personality who is a great fit for our team culture
• You have a passion for ongoing learning and being challenged professionally and personally
• Motivated and enthusiastic team player
• You demonstrate a high level of communication skills with a varied client base
• You demonstrate competency in musculoskeletal physiotherapy skills with manual therapy and exercise prescription.
• Previous exposure and experience to gym-based strength training is desired (whether professional or personal)

Other requirements include;

• Full AHPRA registration
• Drivers license
• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check
• Indemnity Insurance
