Due to expansion and growth in our Residential Department we are looking for Graduate Residential Valuers where you will gain valuable knowledge and insight into every aspect of property.

Your Role:
Our graduate program has been the starting point for many of our now qualified RPV & CPV valuers who have reaped the benefits of exceptional training and leadership.
As a Graduate Residential Valuer your focus will be on learning every aspect of the valuation life cycle from the systems and process required, dealing with clients and various stakeholders, the valuation process and various valuation methodologies. Ultimately you will be providing well researched and detailed residential valuation and advisory reports to our diverse client base.
Your daily responsibilities may include:
Assisting in bookings and job preparation for the residential team.
Setting up electronic files, conducting research, and collating essential property data;
Assisting in the preparation of valuation reports, utilising research and sales evidence;
Actively participating in staff meetings and internal training events related to the residential valuation team.
Providing support to valuers with inquiries and report preparation;
Conducting research on current market activity and analysing comparable sales and leasing data for specific client projects;
Working towards accreditation with the API by completing key activities as required to satisfactorily meet industry standards and complete RPV/CPV qualifications.
Key Attributes for Success:
Strong attention to detail;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
Knowledge of local property markets;
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
Self-motivated and driven;
Familiarity with valuation principles and methods.
