Two term, full-time vacancies up to 30/06/2027

The AHP3 Senior Clinical Psychologist is accountable for the delivery of psychological services and expert consultancy within the Public Protection Branch (PPB). The Senior Clinical Psychologist is also responsible for the delivery of a range of psychological activities, including clinical interviews, assessments, evaluation and compiling reports regarding risk assessments of Child Sex Offenders listed on the Australian National Child Sex Offender Register (ANCOR) and/or persons with sexually deviant behaviours.

The Senior Clinical Psychologist will work as a part of a team, providing expert consultancy regarding issues of psychological practice. The Senior Clinical Psychologist is an experienced clinician who applies specialised expertise providing discipline specific assessments, interventions and consultancy services to the branch.

Special Conditions

The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.

The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.

Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.

The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL's iEngage program.

Requirements

Psychologist - Master's degree in Organisational, Forensic, or other relevant Psychology.

Current unrestricted registration as a psychologist under the provisions of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (SA) Act 2010 and Regulations.

Salary
AHP3 - $104,180 - $111,746 per annum.
