What We’re Looking For:
We're after professionals who bring a can-do attitude, value teamwork, and operate with a strong focus on safety.

To be successful, you will need:

A valid High Risk Work Licence (CT, C6, C1 or CN depending on the crane type)

Franna operating experience (desirable)

HR or MC Driver’s Licence (highly regarded)

Minimum 2 years experience operating cranes on construction sites

Ability to read lift plans and follow site instructions

Strong communication and time management skills

Flexibility to work across different projects and sites

Duties May Include:

Safe operation of tower and mobile cranes

Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance

Working closely with riggers and site supervisors

Assisting with lifts involving structural steel, precast panels, and equipment

Ensuring compliance with all WHS requirements
