This is an opportunity for someone who would like to be part of an international financial firm that is growing in Sydney. The role will encompass all things HR as well as office management responsibilities. The team in Sydney has 20 staff, with growth plans ahead, so you will be instrumental in assisting with the build of the Sydney office while you connect with the broader global team. While you work closely with the Head of HR in Asia who will guide you on all HR matters, you will also be working closely with the Country Manager in Sydney to help support with the general office management and all people related matters.

This role will suit someone who enjoys the blend of an HR/ Office Manager within a smaller office environment where you can get involved in a varied range of responsibilities. In addition you will be part of assisting with a few varied global HR projects.

You do need some exposure to HR and have sound knowledge of Australian legislation. Our client is open to any industry background. Being in the office 5 days a week is important to encourage connectivity and help build the company culture with new staff as the business continues to build. The office is based in the CBD of Sydney with incredible views over Sydney harbour in corporate office space.
