Full-Time Composite Technician – Wet Lay-Up, Mould Work & Chopper Gun
📍 Location: Yarram, Victoria
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Composite Technician to join our team full-time in Yarram, Victoria. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in composite manufacturing, including wet lay-up, chopper gun application, and mould work.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform composite manufacturing using wet lay-up and chopper gun techniques

Develop and prepare plugs, patterns, and moulds

Assist in maintaining and repairing production moulds

Work on a range of custom and commercial composite projects

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in composite wet lay-up

Experience using a chopper gun

Skilled in plug and pattern making

Knowledge of mould preparation and repair

Vacuum infusion experience desirable but not essential

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
