Toll People are very proud to partner with Toyota Australia in supplying Pre-Delivery, Vehicle Inspection and Accessory fitting services at Toyota's Centralized Services Operations in Altona North. As such, we are seeking applications for Team Members to commence on day shift (6am starts) as ongoing full-time employees.

As an Accessory Team Member, you will work as part of a dynamic team, operating under tight deadlines to meet vehicle quality and productivity targets. Your primary responsibility will be fitting accessories to vehicles.

AM SHIFT: Currently available for an ASAP start - 6:30am - 2:30pm

PM SHIFT: This shift will be rolling out in the coming months!

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for

• Fitting vehicle accessories in line with quality standards
• Identifying and resolving issues related to accessory installation
• Using appropriate tools and equipment for accessory fitting
• Supporting quality inspections and audits related to accessory installations

Skills & Attributes required for the role:

• While prior experience is valued, it is not essential - Toyota provides comprehensive training for the right candidate!
• Genuine interest in working with vehicles
• Ability to read and follow vehicle manuals, fitting instructions, and standard procedures
• Broad knowledge of, or strong interest in, vehicles, accessories, and parts
• Proficient in using smart devices (e.g., tablets), as well as hand tools
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of pride in your work
• Must hold a valid, full and open driver's license, and be capable of operating manual transmission vehicles

The successful candidate must also:

• Successfully complete a criminal history check and functional assessment
• Have a solid, verifiable work history and be able to provide two recent, verifiable work references (Manager level)
