The Role 🤔

We know you don’t want to wade through a wall of text. Bullet points make life easier, right? Here’s exactly what you’ll be doing if you join us:

· Plan and execute on-site, off-site, and technical SEO strategies for clients of all sizes.

· Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits, competitor analysis, and implement strategies

· Create, brief, and optimise content in line with SEO best practice.

· Troubleshoot and implement technical fixes – no two days are the same here.

· Work hands-on across multiple CMS platforms

· Monitor, measure, and report using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush (and others)

· Collaborate with copywriters and account managers to deliver seamless campaigns.

· Stay up to date with algorithm updates, industry trends, and the latest best practices.

What We’re Looking For 👀

Let’s keep it simple. Here’s what we’re actually looking for in our next SEO Specialist - no surprises, just the essentials:

· 2+ years’ experience in a dedicated SEO role (agency or in-house)

· Experience with on-site, off-site, and technical SEO

· Hands-on with structured data implementation

· Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills

· Comfortable with technical fixes and troubleshooting

· Strong communication and organisational skills - and a team player!

· Experience with basic coding (preferred, not essential)

· Experience with Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, WooCommerce

· Confident using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush; Majestic or SE Ranking is a plus

· Willingness to learn, adapt, and become a true SEO specialist
