We are looking for a detail-oriented team player to help coordinate and maintain our core business systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

Manage products, inventory, and orders on Shopify

Monitor and schedule field jobs through ServiceM8, support bookings and job tracking

Handle invoice entry and reconciliation using Xero

Ensure accurate and timely data synchronization between Shopify, Xero, and ServiceM8

Update website content (WordPress or Shopify-based) when required

Build and maintain tracking systems via Google Sheets or Airtable for inventory, jobs, and customer data.

Assist with weekly/monthly reporting and propose workflow improvements
