Pay:

$100,000 including superannuation base wage + commission

Yearly commission structure:
- 10% of professional fees recovered $100k or over but under $200k;
- 15% of professional fees recovered $200k or over but under $300k;
- 20% of professional fees recovered $300k or over but under $400k;
- 25% of professional fees recovered $400k or over but under $500k;
- 30% of professional fees recovered $500k or over.

Example of total wage (including super and commission):
- if annual professional fees recovered are $200,000: $110,000;
- if annual professional fees recovered are $300,000: $125,000;
- if annual professional fees recovered are $400,000: $145,000;
- if annual professional fees recovered are $500,000: $170,000.
