We are currently seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated Educators to join our wonderful team in the Sutherland Shire in a full-time (35–38 hours per week) role.

As an Educator at First Steps Learning Academy, you will:

Make children laugh while they learn!

Create a warm, engaging, and stimulating environment

Deliver and evaluate educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS

Build positive relationships with children, families, and your team

Observe, document, and support each child’s individual learning journey

Actively contribute to a team culture that is fun, professional, and supportive

🧩 What You’ll Bring

An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards)

HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting

CHCPRT025 or CHCPRT001 – Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk

NSW Food Authority Food Handler Basics Training
