About the role

Euroka Children's Centre Inc' is seeking an experienced Certificate III Educator to join our dedicated team in Blaxland, NSW. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of young children in a nurturing, supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years

Implementing age-appropriate learning programs and activities that support children's cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development

Collaborating with the team to ensure the delivery of a stimulating and inclusive curriculum

Maintaining accurate records, observations, and documentation to monitor children's progress

Ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organised learning environment

Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community

What we're looking for

Completion of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Experience working in a childcare or early learning setting, preferably in a similar role

Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children and families

A passion for nurturing and supporting the growth and development of young children

Commitment to upholding high standards of safety, care, and education

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated teaching team
