About the Role

• Oversee the complex structures package and high-end finishes
• Coordinate various subcontractors and installers while maintaining quality
• Communicate effectively with the site team, suppliers, and head contractor
• Provide daily updates to the Project Manager and ensure your section meets project milestones

Your Background

• 5+ years’ experience in a Foreman/Site Manager role delivering multi-level structures and Class 2 buildings
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong pre-planning abilities
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proven experience on large-scale, high-end projects
