What’s in It for You
Great Rates: $32.50/hr + Super - $35.00 /hr + super (depending on leadership experience)
Stable Hours: Monday–Friday day shifts (7.5–8 hrs/day), 32–40 hrs/wk

Your Role
As a Food Production Worker (and potential Second-in-Command), you’ll:
Prep ingredients using our specialised kitchen equipment
Cook, pack and label products to hit weekly production targets
Maintain spotless workstations, kitchen & cool room
Clean and care for all kitchen machinery and tools
Keep stock levels topped up at every bench
Coordinate daily shipping: pick, pack & dispatch orders accurately

You bring the energy, organisation and attention to detail to keep our kitchen running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll thrive in a small-team environment, stepping up to lead when needed:
Leadership Spark: You’ve led small teams, coached peers and taken charge on busy days
Organised Operator: Schedules, checklists and daily workflows—your to-do lists never miss a beat
Process-Driven Mindset - You understand key workflows inside and out and you enforce best-practice standards every day.
Record-Keeper Extraordinaire: Logs, maintenance sheets and compliance checks are second nature
Clear Communicator: Whether briefing the crew or reporting to management, you’re concise and professional
Must-Haves
Experience in a small kitchen, food-production line or catering environment
Solid understanding of food-safety principles and practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good judgement and the ability to work under general supervision
Bonus Points if you have:
Food Safety Certification
Certificate I in Food Processing, Butchery or equivalent
