Our client is one of Australia's largest and most respected professional services firms, renowned for its expertise and national reach, serving clients across major capital cities and regional centres.

This position works as part of an experienced payroll team in performing the required group employment finance and payroll tasks for their clients. Efficient payroll processing and staff management is of importance as well as maintenance of the payroll data and files and be knowledgeable of all relevant awards.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding process for new payroll clients, ensuring smooth integration
• Set up new employees, ensuring all required documentation is complete
• Accurately enter monthly payroll data, including leave maintenance, and generate detailed reports
• Prepare and lodge payroll taxes and monthly IAS
• Set up WorkCover policies and ensure compliance
• Process Superannuation lodgements within deadlines
• Assist with End-of-Month and End-of-Financial-Year reporting
• Address payroll-related queries in a timely and professional manner

To be successful in this full time or part-time position, you will have sound knowledge of and experience with payroll coupled with well- developed communication and interpersonal skills. HR3 experience desirable.
