Data Entry Assistant (Temporary Role)
Location: INGLEBURN 2565
Duration: Approx. 2 weeks | 5–8 hours per day

A leading linen and textiles rental company is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to support a short-term project within their administrative team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a large, well-established organization and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Transfer and update data from one internal system to another accurately and efficiently

Perform basic tasks in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data sorting, entry, formatting)

Use Microsoft Outlook for internal communication and file management

Support general administrative tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Any exposure to a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) is a plus, but not essential

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Role Details:

Temporary position lasting approximately 2 weeks

5 to 8 hours per day, with some flexibility on start and finish times
