About the role

A Team Demolition & Civil QLD is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Multi-Skilled Operator to join our team in Browns Plains, Queensland. This full-time role will see you operating a variety of heavy plant and machinery to support commercial projects across South-East Queensland.

What you'll be doing

Safely and efficiently operate a diverse range of heavy plant and machinery such as excavators, dozers, graders and rollers

Perform pre-start checks, conduct routine maintenance, and identify faults or issues with the equipment

Work closely with the site team to complete civil construction tasks to a high standard and in accordance with project plans and schedules

Contribute to a collaborative and safety-focused work environment

Undertake any other duties as required to support the successful delivery of projects

What we're looking for

Experienced (3+ years) operating a variety of heavy plant and machinery in a civil construction environment

Demonstrated ability to work safely, efficiently and with attention to detail

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve equipment issues

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the wider project team

Relevant licences and certifications

Commitment to ongoing learning and development to expand your skillset
