AWX is partnering with leading civil construction clients across the Townsville region to deliver key infrastructure, subdivision, drainage, and flood recovery projects. We are seeking skilled and ticketed Plant Operators for multiple large-scale civil infrastructure and subdivision projects across Townsville.

Project Locations Include:

• Intersection Upgrade Projects
• Asphalt and Flood Recovery Works
• Subdivision Developments
• Civil Drainage Projects

Operating Roles Available:

• Excavator Operators (Final Trim preferred)
• Roller/Compactor Operators
• Water Truck Drivers (HR Licence)
• Grader Operators
• Skid Steer / Loader Operators
• All-Round Civil Operators

Project Durations:

• 3 to 12 months minimum, with potential for extension
• Major projects already underway or starting early June

Rosters:

• Monday to Friday (some weekends)
• 6:30 AM or 6:45 AM start times
• Remote rosters: 14/7 10/4 or 7/7

Pay Rates:
$36.33 $45.00 /hr + penalties
Project-specific allowances and bonuses where applicable

What You Need:

• Construction White Card
• RII Tickets for relevant machinery
• HR or MR licence (where required)
• Reliable transport and availability for immediate start
• Final trim and live traffic experience highly regarded
