DDH’s Money Market Division is an Agent of BOQ, managing distributing and marketing cash management accounts and term deposits via licensed intermediaries, since 1998. The Division has experienced unprecedented growth and is therefore expanding the team. We have multiple positions available to start training on 19th of June.

Operations Service Specialist, 12-month contract

This role is suited for individuals who are interested in communicating with people, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.

You will work collaboratively within a small team of supportive service specialists who are committed to going above and beyond for our intermediary network, and their clients.

Whist initially a 12-month contract, there is scope for extension.

Key duties include:

Phone servicing, both inbound and outbound

Delivering professional and prompt solutions either via phone or email

Supporting online service queries

Protecting our customer via existing compliance processes

You will possess:

Phone based customer service experience

Strong communication skills with a customer centric focus

Problem solving ability and quick-thinking skills to trouble shoot support calls

Experience within banking and finance, wealth management or a financial planning practice
