What You’ll learn:

• Communicate with customers over the phone, in person and by email
• Internal sales and developing relationships with customers
• Ensure customer orders and enquiries are processed in a timely manner
• Administrative tasks
• Prepare accurate quoting and ensure invoices are complete
• Data entry, updating records and using Microsoft office applications
• Book in appointments with clients and trades people
• Schedule jobs for trades people and enter into the system

Who We’re Looking For:

• Great communicators: You have a passion for customer service and working with others.
• Quick Learners: Familiarity with Microsoft applications is a plus, but a willingness to learn new systems and grow with the team is a must.
• Team Players: Collaboration is key! You'll work with a diverse range of people, including qualified trades people, apprentices, and other personnel.
