Our experienced and passionate team works across Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and community programs to support participants with diverse and often complex needs. We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Northern Adelaide, including areas such as Salisbury, Munno Para, Parafield Gardens, and surrounding suburbs.

About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide individualised care and support that promotes independence, well-being, and active community participation. You will support participants with:
Personal care, health and hygiene
Medication administration
Daily living tasks such as meal preparation, domestic duties, and transport
Emotional and behavioural support in line with Positive Behaviour Support Plans
Social and recreational activities in the community
This position reports directly to the Client Service Manager, and you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of high-quality, participant-focused supports in line with NDIS requirements.
You will be expected to work across a rotating roster, including:
Morning shifts
Afternoon shifts
Active/Passive night shifts
Weekend and short shifts
About You
You are compassionate, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality care. You thrive in a team environment and are confident in supporting people with complex needs.
Essential Criteria:
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Mental Health, or relevant equivalent
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Valid Driver’s Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Manual Handling and Medication Administration training
Experience in implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is desirable
Experience with using Brevity App.
Additional training (PEG, bowel care, diabetes support) is highly regarded
Competency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and electronic record systems
