About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a New Car Handover Co-Ordinator to join our team at Lilydale Hyundai, GWM & LDV. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating the final delivery process for our new car customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from order to drive-away.

What you'll be doing

• Liaise with customers and internal parties to schedule and manage the new car handover process
• Conduct thorough quality checks on vehicles prior to handover to customers
• Provide comprehensive walkthroughs and demonstrations to customers on the features and functions of their new vehicle
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the handover process
• Assist with any post-delivery customer queries or concerns
• Support the wider sales team as needed with administrative tasks

What we're looking for

• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Proficient in using computer systems and office software
• Confident communicator with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and easy to understand manner
• Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role, ideally within the automotive industry
