Defendant insurance team of leading national law firm with great culture and interesting work. WFH 1 day per week.

The Role

As a Legal Assistant in the Defendant Insurance practice you will work as part of a lovely team. This role supports a Partner and Special Counsel across a mix of public liability, CTP and workers comp matters. Your duties will include:

• drafting routine correspondence
• preparing court documents and briefs
• organising medico legal appointments
• liaising with doctors and hospitals
• diary management
• client liaison
• monthly billing
• general secretarial and administrative tasks as required.

You

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years previous legal secretarial experience. Due to the nature of the role, you will also be diligent with high attention to detail.
